Vehicles and charging in one system

When the fleet system and the charging system are one, charging is planned around the vehicles – and every charging cost ends up on the right vehicle, driver and cost centre.

Why two systems are not enough

Most fleets that electrify end up with one system for the vehicles and another for the chargers. The charging system does not know which vehicle leaves first or how far it will drive. The fleet system does not know what each vehicle costs to charge. Someone has to bridge the gap with spreadsheets, manual reconciliation and guesswork.

Vialumina connects GO or FLEET with CHARGE on one platform. Vehicles, drivers, charge points and energy share the same register and the same data – and with E-DEPOT the depot’s solar, battery and power limit are included too.

What you get

  • The right vehicle charged first – based on departure and distance
  • Charging cost per vehicle, driver and cost centre
  • Basis for reimbursing home charging
  • Electrification decisions based on real driving and real charging

The value in practice

Six things that only work when vehicles and charging share data.

Prioritised charging

The system knows which vehicles leave first and how far they drive – they are charged first, and none are left uncharged.

Real cost per vehicle

Actual charging cost per vehicle, route and depot in real time – depot, public and home charging together.

Home charging made simple

One system for depot charging, public charging and reimbursement of home charging, without manual receipts.

One register, one login

Vehicles, drivers, RFID tags and charge points in the same register – no double maintenance between systems.

Alerts that matter

An interrupted session is linked to the vehicle and the next departure, so the right person acts in time.

Smarter electrification

Driving patterns show which vehicles can go electric, and charging data shows where the next charge points are needed.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need both FLEET and CHARGE?

CHARGE works stand-alone, but the value described here comes when it is combined with GO or FLEET. You can start with one and add the other later in the same system.

Do our existing chargers work?

Yes, if they support OCPP 1.6 or 2.0.1 – as most modern AC and DC chargers do. Chargers of different brands are handled in the same system.

What can we save?

Smart charging typically saves 30–50 per cent of the charging cost, and you also avoid the manual work of reconciling two systems. Read more about smart depot charging.
