Frequently asked questions
Can visitors charge?
Yes. Charge points can be opened to external users with payment, and to drivers from other charging services via roaming.
Do all chargers have to be the same brand?
No. CHARGE supports OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 for AC and DC chargers of any make.
Can we add more charge points later?
Yes. With load balancing, more charge points often fit on the same connection, and new chargers join the same system.
